Thank you for your interest in the AboutCars ZA Affiliate Program! By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Enrollment:

To become an affiliate, you must complete the affiliate application form provided on our website. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Links:

Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, you will be provided with unique affiliate links to promote AboutCars ZA products or services. These affiliate links must be used exclusively for promoting AboutCars ZA and should not be used for any other purpose.

3. Commission Structure:

As an affiliate, you may earn commissions for qualifying purchases made by customers who click on your affiliate link and complete a purchase on our website. The commission rate is 20% of the sale amount, excluding taxes and payout fees. Commissions will be paid out every Thursday via PayFast or EFT. As an affiliate, it is important to ensure that you provide your correct payment email so that everything is smooth.

4. Promotional Guidelines:

Affiliates are encouraged to promote AboutCars ZA products or services in a truthful and ethical manner. You agree not to engage in any misleading or deceptive advertising practices.

5. Compliance with Laws:

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to advertising, marketing, and privacy.

6. Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms of use.

7. Limitation of Liability:

AboutCars ZA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the affiliate program.

8. Modification of Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

9. Governing Law:

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
